Steps for Admission

  • 1. Enquiry & Application

    Admission enquiries can be made at the school office during working hours.

    Parents can collect the application form from the school office or download it from the official school website (if applicable).

  • 2. Submission of Application

    The filled-in application form must be submitted along with all the required documents before the due date.

    Incomplete applications or those without supporting documents will not be considered.

  • 3. Interaction / Entrance Test

    For Pre-KG to Std I: Admission is based on an informal interaction with the child and parents.

    For Std II and above: An entrance test in Tamil, English and Mathematics may be conducted to assess the academic level of the student.

  • 4. Admission Confirmation

    Selected candidates will be notified through a call or message.

    Admission will be confirmed only after payment of fees and submission of original documents.

  • 5. Fee Payment

    The first installment of the school fees must be paid at the time of admission to secure the seat.

    Non-payment of fees within the specified time may lead to cancellation of admission.

Admission Withdrawal Policy

  • 1. Withdrawal by Parent:

    A written application for withdrawal must be submitted to the Principal at least one week in advance.

    Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only after:

    - Clearance of all dues and library books

    - Payment of the TC processing fee

    - Final verification from the office

  • 2. Withdrawal Due to Relocation or Other Reasons:

    Parents must submit valid supporting documents or reasons for immediate withdrawal.

    No portion of the paid fees will be refunded once admission is confirmed.

  • 3. Withdrawal by the School:

    The school reserves the right to suspend or terminate admission if:

    - A student displays repeated indiscipline or misconduct

    - Attendance falls below the minimum requirement

    - Academic performance and behaviour do not improve despite repeated warnings

    - Fees are unpaid beyond the due period

  • 4. Mid-Year Withdrawals

    If a student is withdrawn mid-academic year, term fees already paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
