Rules & Regulations

NOTE:

The school reserves the right to amend or update rules at any time in the interest of student welfare and institutional discipline.

Severe violation of school rules may lead to suspension or expulsion based on the discretion of the school management.

1. Punctuality & Attendance

Students must arrive at school on time every day.

Minimum 90% attendance is mandatory to appear for examinations.

Leave of absence must be supported by a written letter or leave application signed by the parent.

2. Uniform & Appearance

Students must wear the prescribed school uniform neatly and with pride.

ID cards must be worn at all times.

Hairstyle, nails, and overall grooming should reflect neatness and discipline. Use of cosmetics, fancy hairstyles, or accessories is not allowed.

3. Classroom Conduct

Students must maintain silence, discipline, and respect in classrooms.

Mobile phones, electronic gadgets, and unauthorized materials are strictly prohibited inside the school premises.

Destruction or defacing of school property will result in disciplinary action and fines.

4. Academics & Homework

Students should complete classwork, homework, and assignments on time.

Participation in tests, exams, and revision classes is compulsory.

5. General Discipline

Students are expected to show respect towards teachers, staff, and fellow students.

Bullying, use of abusive language, or misconduct in any form will not be tolerated.

Participation in morning assembly and national celebrations is mandatory.

1. Communication & Cooperation

Parents should attend parent-teacher meetings regularly to discuss their child’s progress and behavior.

In case of concerns, parents are requested to meet the class teacher or principal with a prior appointment.

Parents should check the student’s diary regularly for homework, remarks, and circulars.

2. Student Absence & Leave

Leave applications must be submitted in advance, except in cases of emergencies.

In case of long absence due to illness, a medical certificate should be attached.

3. Support at Home

Ensure that your child has a quiet and well-lit space for study at home.

Encourage reading, timely completion of homework, and revision.

Monitor the child’s television, mobile, and internet usage to avoid distractions from studies.

Food is inevitable for pupil. There should be no excuse for not having homemade food which ensures the healthy mind.

4. Fees & School Policies

School fees should be paid within the due dates. Late payment may attract fines as per the school’s policy.

Parents are expected to support school rules, dress code, and disciplinary policies.

5. Transport Safety

Personal transportation must be arranged safely and punctually.
